These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Experts Unlocked platform ("Service"), a product of Convertico Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. About the Service
Experts Unlocked is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform provided by Convertico Ltd. It offers tools for managing your business, including website and sales funnel builders, automations, CRM tools, and other related features.
2. Free Trial
2.1. You are entitled to a 14-day free trial upon signing up for the Service. During this trial period, you will have access to the features of the subscription plan you select.
2.2. At the end of the trial period, your chosen subscription plan (monthly or annual) will automatically begin, and the payment method you provided will be charged accordingly, unless you cancel before the trial ends.
3. Subscription Plans
3.1. Monthly Plan: £97 (inclusive of VAT) per month.
3.2. Annual Plan: £995 (inclusive of VAT) per year.
3.3. All subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
4.2. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription, except as required by UK law.
5. Premium Features and Additional Charges
5.1. Certain features, such as WhatsApp messaging, are considered premium and are subject to additional charges.
5.2. Fees for premium features, including SMS and WhatsApp message charges, will be billed as incurred and are not included in the standard subscription fee. Pricing for these features is available on request or within your account dashboard.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable additional charges.
6.2. Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
6.3. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up-to-date. Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7.2. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
8. Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service for any violation of these Terms.
8.2. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any data stored on the platform. We recommend exporting important data before canceling or terminating your account.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind.
9.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertico Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
10. Changes to the Terms
10.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and we encourage you to review the Terms regularly.
10.2. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
